Have you ever thought about how your equipment works? This is a great specialty course to help answer those questions. This is a course that is done with online academics beforehand and a 2 night practical application that gets into hands-on interaction.

You wouldn't want to miss a dive due to minor issues with your scuba equipment. The PADI Equipment Specialist course teaches you to manage basic repairs and adjustments. You'll also learn more about how your gear works, making you more comfortable with it and better prepared to take care of your investment.

If you’re at least 10 years old and certified as a PADI (Junior) Scuba Diver or higher, you can enroll in the Equipment Specialist course.

This course also teaches you about routine care and maintenance procedures as well as scuba equipment storage recommendations. Your instructor will show you how to overcome some common equipment problems and offer equipment suggestions.

Cost for this class is $200 and includes the eLearning portion. IF you own your own diving gear (Wetsuit, mask, snorkel, fins, boots, regulator, BCD, computer, gear bag etc.) bring to class with you.  You must pre-register for this course.
